Shipping Times

Sneark.art.el offers Worldwide Tracked Shipping. After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within about 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with the tracking number.

We work with the best shipping courier. DHL, Seur, UPS and Correos Express.

Sneark.art.el guarantees delivery for all orders. If your order is not successfully delivered to you within 6 weeks, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and we will issue a full refund.

- Free Shipping on orders over 110€ within USA.

- Free Shipping on orders over 80€ within Europe.

- Free Shipping on orders over 50€ Spain and Portugal

International shipping is calculated at checkout.

What happens if my package is lost?

It may happens and although it is out of our control, we guarantee a compensation of 80% of the purchase value (does not includes the shipping cost) for the package lost.

Please, check your ADDRESS TWICE, because we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, undeliverable address or you didn't pick up it in time and in consequence, it is returned to us. (we also have to pay the return) Sneark.art.el is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We are happy to ship your package again to another address but you will be asked to cover the shipping costs for the reshipment.
